My conversion is taking longer than expected
Large videos, high-resolution files, and batches need more processing time. Keep the tab open until the progress bar reaches completion and the download link appears.
The output file will not download
Check browser pop-up/download settings, then retry with a shorter filename or smaller file. If the issue continues, contact support with the tool name and file size.
My video has no audio
Some platforms provide separate video-only and audio-only streams. Use the server-side merge option or convert through the Video Converter page.
